前言
家像一个“容器”盛满我们的生活点滴。
这是一套130㎡的精装房，屋主是两个刚步入职场的年轻人，男主人喜欢冷色调、硬朗，女主人喜欢复古。原始硬装是原木色调，非屋主所好，屋主希望把家装成自己喜欢的格调是年轻人对家应有的态度。此次设计需要控制成本在不动硬装的情况下实现变身，因此我们保留了原始地面、卧室顶面、厨房、卫生间、原有木门。
Home is like a "container" filled with bits and pieces of our lives.
This is a 130-square-meter hardcover room. The owners are two young people who have just entered the workplace. The male owner likes to be cool and tough, and the female owner likes retro. The original hardcover is the tone of the log, which is not what the homeowner likes. The homeowner wants to decorate the home in a style they like, which is the attitude that young people should have towards home. In this design, we need to control the cost and realize transformation without hard installation, so we retain the original ground, the top of the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the original wooden door.
· 户型图
◾书房空间稍显封闭。
◾客餐厅空间视野偏窄。
◾硬装设计简单，缺乏空间感、美感、色调不符合业主喜好。
◾灯光设计单调，缺乏灯光氛围与层次感。
◾此次精装房设计要求尽量保留原始硬装，我们要做的更多的在于优化、艺术处理。
◾拆掉书房门、阳台门，拆除书房与客厅中间的多余墙体，实现书房、客厅、餐厅空间联动。
◾扩大衣帽间门，增加自然采光，释放空间。
◾搭建餐厅外可利用空间，加大客厅阳台面积，把空间引入客厅。
· 客厅
客厅保留了原始灰色地砖，把本来白色的墙面改成深色漆，让空间更有质感。阳台原有门拆除扩充客厅空间。沙发改为对坐设计既能增加家人交流互动又能释放餐厅空间。为了空间舒展流动，我们将阳台纳入客厅。原有阳台地面与客厅地面存在高差，我们拆除原有地砖找了相同型号地砖铺贴保持与客厅地面齐平。
The living room retains the original gray floor tiles, and the original white walls are changed to dark paint to make the space more textured. The original door of the balcony was removed to expand the living room space. The sofa is changed to a sitting design, which can not only increase the communication and interaction of the family, but also free up the dining room space. In order to stretch and flow the space, we incorporate the balcony into the living room. There is a height difference between the original balcony floor and the living room floor. We removed the original floor tiles and found the same type of floor tiles to keep them flush with the living room floor.
屋主在闲暇时间喜欢喝酒，我们在阳台搭建后增加了酒柜，推车替代传统边几，方便移动。
The homeowner likes to drink in his spare time. We added a wine cabinet after the balcony was built, and the cart replaces the traditional side table, which is easy to move.
客厅原有顶面拆除，无主灯设计增加光源的同时安装风管机，家具软装我们多选用暖色调打造时尚空间。岩板电视墙是男主人指定的材质，岩板质感、壁炉为空间增加一丝暖意。
The original top surface of the living room is removed, and there is no main lamp design to increase the light source while installing the air duct machine. For soft furnishings, we choose warm colors to create a fashionable space. The slate TV wall is the material designated by the male host. The slate texture and fireplace add a touch of warmth to the space.
拆掉门后的书房与客厅互通，把原来的卫生间门和书房门套改成与墙面相近的颜色与整个空间融洽。
After removing the door, the study and the living room communicate with each other, and the original bathroom door and study door cover are changed to a color similar to the wall, which is harmonious with the whole space.
· 餐厅
餐桌加岛台连用增加用餐形式并补充餐厅收纳功能。岛台两面我们用木质面板替代岩板节约成本，由于没有改动厨房原木橱柜所以餐桌我们延用原木材质，让空间有个过度，又能为空间增加层次。门外的光照入玄关墙面，美在这一瞬间被记录。原本的书房门拆除后与客厅连通，整个空间通透舒适。
The dining table and island are used together to increase the dining form and supplement the restaurant's storage function. On both sides of the island, we use wooden panels instead of slate to save costs. Since the kitchen log cabinets are not changed, we continue to use the log material for the dining table, which makes the space excessive and adds layers to the space. The light outside the door enters the wall of the entrance, and the beauty is recorded at this moment. After the original study door is removed, it is connected to the living room, and the whole space is transparent and comfortable.
· 书房
书房我们用了深蓝色漆与黑色书柜有个色彩层级，装饰画选用了可爱的卡通，让整个书房不沉闷。整面开放格书房，放置书籍和爱好摆件。
In the study, we used dark blue paint and black bookcases to have a color level, and cute cartoons were used for the decorative paintings, so that the whole study was not dull. The entire surface is open to the study room, where books and hobby ornaments are placed.
· 次卧
次卧是为长辈们的备用房间，床品、背景、窗帘色调相呼应。
The second bedroom is a spare room for the elders, and the bedding, background, and curtains match the tone.
· 主卧
主卧室以暖色系打造，去掉了原来顶面主灯采用壁灯加床头吊灯营造温馨氛围的同时增加视觉美感。床尾放置梳妆台，集成梳妆台和展示架功能。摆放上女主人喜欢的杂志，美观实用。
The master bedroom is made of warm colors, removing the original top main lamp, using wall lamps and bedside chandeliers to create a warm atmosphere and increase visual aesthetics. A dressing table is placed at the end of the bed, which integrates the functions of dressing table and display stand. Put on the magazines that the hostess likes, beautiful and practical.
