总个改造方案，以业主的要求为主，把客厅阳台打开并入客厅，设计成洗衣间，配套洗衣机、烘干机、扫地机器人。小阳台并入小孩房，合成餐厅、过道的部分空间，改成二个小孩房。把公卫的部分空间给了厨房，从而改大了厨房的使用面积。原先的主卧给了长辈，把空调室外机的位置改成杂物柜。原先的主卫改成公卫2。这样可以满足三代人的日常使用。 The overall renovation plan is based on the requirements of the owner, with the living room balcony opened and integrated into the living room, designed as a laundry room, equipped with washing machines, dryers, and robotic vacuum cleaners. The small balcony is integrated into the children's room, combining parts of the dining area and hallway, and converted into two children's rooms. Part of the public bathroom space was allocated to the kitchen, thereby increasing the usable area of the kitchen. The original master bedroom was given to the elders, and the location of the air conditioning outdoor unit was changed to a storage cabinet. The original main guard has been changed to Public Guard 2. This can meet the daily needs of three generations.
