前言
“结庐在人境”是常态，“心远地自偏” 却是难事。本案地处深圳城区，原户型为常见的竖厅三房，高容积率致使布局直白割裂。设计以人为本，以需求为始，旨在从标准化住宅中探索空间体验的突破，为居者营造专属之“园”。空间秉持实用优先。其一以“微曲折化”动线改善直线性视线弊端，退让布局，有机融合交通与生活区，增添趣味；其二借“因室制宜”的递进关系，从功能、尺度、层次、融合切入，打破户型单一性，由外至内节奏由急转缓，微曲动线串联各功能区，如游园漫步，步移景异；其三注重材料与功能结合，通过层高处理、界面转折与材质组合，以去装饰化手法降低视觉冲突，用简约线条勾勒造型，烘托空间质感。
Drawing inspiration from Tao Yuanming’s “Drinking Wine,” this project transforms a conventional three-room apartment in downtown Shenzhen—constrained by high density and a straightforward layout—into a secluded, dweller-centered “garden.” The design reconfigures the space around daily life and personal needs. Utility drives the design: a gently curved circulation merges movement and living areas, adding playfulness; a room-customized layout breaks rigidity through function, scale, and integration, guiding rhythm from public to private like a garden path; materials and structure complement via clean lines, height variations, and de-ornamented details, reducing visual noise and enhancing texture.
